Welcome! I'm Laura, and I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist, and a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling Psychotherapy.

While that sounds complicated, you might have heard the terms therapist, or counsellor used interchangeably to describe what I do. But what it means is my passion in life is helping people through mental health problems, distressing or challenging times in their life and helping them grow in to people they want to be.

I'm a firm believer that each person is uniquely individual, and any therapeutic help they receive should be tailored to them, and their needs.

I provide a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings, without judgement. You don't have to have a diagnosis to come and see me; if you're struggling with your mental health or life in general we'll work together in therapy to try and help you overcome this.

You're in control of the sessions, you can bring whatever issues you'd like to discuss, there's no session limit, we go at a pace you're comfortable with. There's no pressure to discuss things you aren't ready to. Instead we'll look at working together to set realistic goals for our work together, based on what you'd like to achieve.

It's a privilege when someone shares their struggles with me, to see someone develop, and overcome their issues and transform in to the person they want to be.

If you're ready to take the first step towards improving your mental health, and contact me; I look forward to working with you on this journey.
